The first to have exploited these sources were the Romans, then under Ottoman rule, many Turkish baths have emerged, some of which are still active today. From the ruins of the first Roman and Turkish baths, to large existing resorts, all forms of hydrotherapy are represented in the country. You can also find caves with their thermal waters slightly radioactive or highly sulfurous renowned for their healing properties.
The spa is part of Hungarian culture, either formedical or relaxing purpose.
