Deontology

We have two simple and priority rules: security and respect.

• Security for you while assuring us that all our partners have all the legal guarantees and the necessary qualities for the practice of their activities.

• Security always for you while making sure that you have in hand all the necessary elements during the progress of your stay.

• Security in staying permanently accessible during the whole length of your stayin order to be available in case of difficulties.

• Respect for you while practising tariffs more than reasonable for the furnished services. Therefore, we are the only ones committed to reimburse youthe difference on the price of your stay if you find an identical and cheaper stay elsewhere.

• And respect for the environment. In this direction, we ask you to be particularly vigilant and to leave nothing in the nature that should not be there as well as to be careful to the local rules in force (picking of forbidden flowers...).

Viktor, managing director in Budapest

Viktor has been managing Europe Active since Spring 2008. He has a background of 20 years in the tourism industry, with an experience in both Hungary and abroad - Russia, Finland, Estonia, Albania, Romania and Bulgaria. He is fond of the Hungarian culture, history, traditions, architecture, gastronomy, wines etc. and loves to please the clients with tailor-made programs focusing on these fields.

Marie-Pierre

Marie-Pierre started to work in the office in 2008. She is French and has been living in Hungary for two years. She fell in love with the beauty of Hungary and is eager to share with you her discoveries.

Judit

Judit is the newest member of Europe Active Hungarian team. She speaks English and German.
Ever since her studies she is dealing with inbound arrangements: holiday homes to 5-star hotels, students’ study tours to incentive groups, room-only bookings to multi-country roundtrips.
